Application Process

To submit your application, please carefully read and acknowledge the following statements before filling out and submitting the application form below.

This Rental Application constitutes a rental offer. The Lease Deed is a legally binding transaction.

Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, familial status, or handicap is illegal. All applicable Fair Housing and occupancy laws will be followed in the processing of this application.

All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out the form below.

Applicants agree and understand that:

  1. A copy of the proposed lease may be reviewed by applicant.
  2. Before signing the lease, the applicant must produce two types of picture identification. One of the forms must be a valid government-issued ID.
  3. This Application, and each occupant, and each pet, are subject to acceptance and approval by the Landlord.
  4. Applicant shall execute the Lease within 3 business days after approval by the Landlord.
  5. Landlord/Agent may revoke approval and re-market the premises at any moment until the Lease is signed and the deposit is received.
  6. Applicant has no leasehold interest until the Lease is signed and deposit is received.
  7. The Tenant must insure all personal property, furniture, and possessions and obtain liability insurance, naming the Landlord as an interested party.
  8. Applicant will follow all community rules and regulations as well as all applicable laws.
  9. Applicant will be required to submit full payment of security deposit upon execution of the lease, and first month’s rent prior to taking possession of Premises. Payments for rent and security deposit are to be paid through Apartments.com and cleared completely to be considered received.
  10. The application form below must be filled out completely.
  11. Proof of income must be submitted with the form below as follows:
    Hourly/Salary employees attach last 2 years Form W-2 and last 2 pay stubs.
    Self-employed attach last 2 years of Tax Form 1040 & Schedule C.
    Military attach orders and LES.
  12. Landlord will provide applicants a link via email to complete an online background check and credit check directly through Apartments.com ($40 fee per applicant may apply directly paid to Apartments.com).
